From a new formula to a growing product range
Whether you are launching a nutrition product or reviewing an established pouch, start with the contents, filling process and order profile. PAQVARO sources supplement packaging through production partners and manages the specification and quotation around your range, rather than asking you to choose a film from appearance alone.
Protein powder and sports nutrition pouches
For protein powders, nutrition blends and other dry formulations, share the filled weight, bulk density if known, serving method and proposed pack dimensions. Powders that settle differently may need different usable volumes even at the same stated weight. A filling check with your own product is more useful than borrowing a bag size from another brand.
Tell us whether a scoop sits inside the pouch, how customers access the product and how much space your filling operation needs above the contents. Include the closure and top-seal area when assessing capacity. This keeps format selection connected to both production and everyday use.
Pouch formats, closures and portion sizes
A stand-up pouch may suit a resealable nutrition product; a flat format or smaller portion pack may suit a different use. Availability depends on the chosen construction and production route. Describe whether the pack is opened once, used over several servings or supplied as part of a wider range.
For vitamin or other supplement tablets and capsules, identify the contents and any protective or access requirements so suitability can be assessed. We do not treat every supplement as a powder or imply pharmaceutical, child-resistant or other specialist performance from a standard pouch description.
Filling equipment and material requirements
Include your own or your contract packer’s filling method, nozzle clearance, sealing equipment and production conditions. Fine powder near the seal, static or dosing access may need to be considered in a trial. Confirm who will assess the proposed construction on the actual equipment before the production order.
Describe moisture, oxygen, light or aroma sensitivity, together with storage, distribution and the shelf-life target. Request the supporting information needed for the selected material and intended use. We do not assign a barrier value, food-contact approval or shelf life to an unselected pouch.
Digital printing for several flavours and designs
A nutrition range can include several flavours, formulations and serving sizes with different order quantities. List each design separately and identify which share a pouch size or construction. This gives us a useful basis for comparing digital production options across the range.
A smaller launch and a larger repeat may have different commercial drivers. Quantity per artwork, format, finish and converting requirements affect the available route. We confirm viable quantities and costs in the quotation, including any sample or setup stages; no single minimum applies to every supplement pack.
Artwork, product information and batch coding
Prepare each design on the agreed pouch layout. Identify the areas needed for your approved product wording, directions, warnings, barcode and variable batch or date information. Tell us how the variable details will be applied so space and surface requirements can be included in the brief.
Keep a clear version reference for every formulation, flavour and size. Approve the wording and proof for each design before production. The brand owner is responsible for product claims and required content; PAQVARO coordinates packaging artwork and sourcing, rather than independently certifying supplement compliance.
Samples and specification approval
Agree which question a sample needs to answer: volume and scoop access, filling compatibility, material appearance or the printed result. A stock sample, swatch and printed sample demonstrate different things. We confirm the appropriate available stage, its scope and any cost before proceeding.
Approve the selected specification and artwork before manufacture. If you are changing from a tub or another format, assess the complete filling and use requirements rather than assume the new pouch is equivalent or guarantees a cost or environmental saving.
Repeat production and existing supplier reviews
For ongoing supply, provide the approved specification, artwork revisions, quantity per design and expected reorder pattern. Identify formulation, packer or artwork changes before repeating an order. One contact coordinates the supplier quotation and approval details so the brief stays clear as your range changes.
If you already buy supplement pouches, our free price and specification review compares the current requirements with available sourcing options. Include dimensions, known construction, essential features and the commercial assumptions behind the existing price.

Your questions, answered
Can you source custom printed protein powder pouches?
Yes. Send the formulation type, filled weight, quantity per design and filling requirements. We assess available formats and constructions through our production partners and confirm the specification in your quotation.
Can a launch order include several flavours?
List each flavour, pack size and artwork quantity. Digital production options can be considered around the range; the quote confirms any minimums, approval stages and costs per design.
Can you quote vitamin packaging pouches?
We can assess a pouch brief for dry supplement products such as tablets or capsules. Include the product’s protection, access and documentation requirements; suitability is confirmed for the exact construction and intended use.
Can you work with our contract packer?
Include the packer’s filling and sealing requirements and identify who approves fit and trials. We coordinate the packaging quotation around the agreed brief without assuming a pouch is compatible with every line.
Do you check supplement product claims?
Product claims, mandatory wording and regulatory approval remain with the brand owner and its advisers. We help coordinate the packaging specification and artwork against the approved brief.
