Who is responsible for your information
PAQVARO is a trading name operated by Paul Morrissey. Business correspondence address: Paqvaro, Apartment 6, 281 Stretford Road, Urmston, Manchester, M41 9FZ. Privacy and business enquiries: sales@paqvaro.co.uk; 07356 256 302.
Information you provide
We request your name, company, business email and packaging requirements. Telephone, specifications and supporting files are optional. Only upload information you are entitled to share, and avoid sensitive personal information or information about other people.
Purposes and lawful bases
We use enquiry information to respond, prepare quotations, assess specifications and discuss supply. This serves our legitimate interests in handling business enquiries; where you are buying personally, necessary steps towards a contract may also apply. Agreed orders require administration and appropriate business records. Security checks help prevent spam and misuse. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Optional analytics is based on your consent.
Hosting, delivery and production partners
Hostinger provides the selected website hosting and the sales mailbox. The Node enquiry service sends validated fields and attachments to sales@paqvaro.co.uk using authenticated, encrypted Hostinger SMTP. The application does not write uploaded files to a public directory or keep a separate enquiry database. Mailbox copies and provider backups are separate from the temporary application request. Relevant specifications or artwork may be shared with production partners where needed to assess or fulfil your request; we limit personal details to what is necessary.
Optional Google Analytics
Only after you accept analytics do we load Google Analytics 4. It measures pages, contact actions and accepted enquiries with general source-page, packaging-category and enquiry-type information. We do not send your name, email, telephone, free-text enquiry or uploaded files to Google. Analytics page URLs exclude query strings and fragments; valid page anchors remain usable. Referrer information is limited to the referring origin. Google also processes technical connection and device information under its service arrangements. No advertising or remarketing tags are included. Rejecting analytics does not affect enquiries.
International processing
Google Analytics is provided through Google and may process information outside the UK, including in the US. Google describes its applicable transfer safeguards and data processing terms at business.safety.google/adsprocessorterms and its privacy information at policies.google.com/privacy. Hostinger and its service providers may process hosting and mail data in their service locations. We use these providers for the purposes described here, rather than selling enquiry information.
Retention
Unconverted enquiry correspondence is normally reviewed for deletion within two years of the last contact, unless an ongoing request, dispute or other justified need requires longer. Order, invoice and contractual records may be retained for applicable business and tax obligations. Google Analytics event data retention is set to two months. User data retention is 14 months, with the retention period reset on new user activity; aggregated reporting can remain available for longer. Analytics cookies have a maximum configured lifetime of 180 days. Technical hosting and mail logs follow the provider settings and are reviewed for operational need.
Browser storage and local downloads
A consent choice is saved for up to 180 days. Temporary session flags support enquiry confirmation and prevent repeated lead measurement; they do not contain enquiry fields. A downloaded brief is generated locally in your browser: downloading it does not send an enquiry or upload attachments. Form fields are not persisted by the website across reloads. Your browser may independently provide autofill and download history.
Your rights and choices
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Change or withdraw optional analytics consent through Cookie preferences in the footer. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier consent-based processing. Contact sales@paqvaro.co.uk for privacy requests. You may raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Security and changes
Access controls, encrypted transport, validation and upload limits help protect information; no internet service can promise absolute security. Do not upload passwords or particularly sensitive material. We update this notice when the services or purposes change.
